Darkened steel war hammer (custom) Despite this hammer's weight, designed to lend crushing force to a cavalryman's blow, it almost soars in the hand. The darkened steel striking face is perfectly flat, and the square neck leads back to flat shield-shaped sides and a spiked finial. At the back, a curved six-inch spike counterbalances the hammer head perfectly, and two studded straps of darkened steel protect the top of the mountain ash haft when parrying a blow.

The darkened steel war hammer is about two feet long and about nine inches wide. It is made of steel and could be used as a weapon of type mace.
