The Few, The Proud, The Links
Last Update: February 10, 1997
A Few Other Nintendo 64 Pages:
Rather than list all 100 of the other Nintendo 64 pages out there, we've put together
a small collection of what we think are the best and most original N64
sites outside of N64 HQ.
- Nintendo Power Source
This is the only official source of N64 information. Nintendo Power Source,
which is run by Nintendo of America, contains exclusive interviews, previews, news
and much more. Also provides info on the other Nintendo systems.
- N64.com
This is Imagine's much-ballyhooed Nintendo 64-only web site. The main strength of
this page is the daily news and previews.
- Nintendojo
A very, very nice Nintendo 64 page. Not only are there original sections
(unlike most other pages which all have the same sections), but Nintendojo contains
information you won't find anywhere else, including elaborate specials that come
from all over the world.
- Nintendo 64 Gazetta
The N64 Gazetta has good use of color, tables, fonts and more to make this an
attractive web site. No longer just run by Web-Slinger, there are now daily updates.
- Nintendo 64 World
N64 World offers tons of sections -- including news, reviews, editorials and more --
in a small, compact interface.
- VegaBros & FlyntBros Nintendo64 WWW Site
The VegaBros and FlyntBros N64 site is the second oldest N64 around (second to only
N64 HQ). Tons of media files here. Not updated on a consistent basis.
- Spawn's Nintendo 64
Another oldie but goodie. There's tons of news, links, hardware information, games
information and more.
- Game 64
This non-cliche Nintendo 64 site focuses solely on the software for the 64-bit system,
including tons of picture previews.
- Pagina de N64
This Nintendo 64 page is completely in Spanish. So, if Spanish is your native
language, you might want to check it out.
- Chaos Kids N64 Game Ratings Summary
Here's a handy page which contains the game ratings from all the different magazines
for all the currently released Nintendo 64 games.
Company Web Pages:
Here are links to some of the companies that are developing products for the
Nintendo 64. These are the official company home pages.
Other Interesting Links
Here are some other video game-related links that we think you may like. They range
from online magazines to handy resources to interesting, non-N64 video game pages.
- VideoGameSpot
VideoGameSpot is the sister site of the PC GameSpot page. VideoGameSpot is much
more than a news center. Besides news, they have reviews, previews, cheats and
loads of media files. They also have an all-star cast of writers. Be sure to keep
your eye on this one.
- GameFan Online
GameFan Online is actually better than the print magazine in some ways. The information
is more accurate, there is more news from Japan, yet the online site still retains the
superb picture quality that GameFan has always been known for.
- Next Generation Online
Next Generation Online is still one of the best places to check for news daily.
Lots of movie & picture previews, plus new news everyday (although some of the news
is useless) make this a must-look.
- Game Informer Magazine
This is the online version of the Game Informer magazine. It may not be the most
attractive site by today's standards, but there's tons of information here -- and
that's the most important thing. Nice daily news, previews, reviews and much more.
- teleparc GAME geisen pre-Homepage
Teleparc geisen is a home page in Japan (but it's in English also) that deals with the
latest news, previews and reviews of the Japanese market. If you're into the import
scene, then you might want to check this out. Highly recommended.
- Xenon Labs: The Universal Currency Converter
This place is just incredible! Convert back and forth from over 30 different monetary
units! If you don't live in the U.S., and you want to know how much a particular will
be in your country, then just remember the U.S. price and convert it into your currency!
Exchange rates are updated every day.
- The Hi-Fi Gaming page (video game music)
If your modem is fast and your hard drive is big, then check out this place.
High-quality (44.1 KHz, 16-bit, Stereo), compressed sound files are stored here.
This amazing compression is achieved with MPEG Audio Layer 3 compression.
- Dante Vono's Homepage
Dante Vono was the original graphics guy here at N64 HQ. He designed and developed

If you've ever been to our humble IRC channel, then you know just how much we all
love each other.
- SHORYUKEN'S Site O' Nothin'
Shory, an IRC regular, has a nifty little site here. Shory is a big fan of Capcom
fighting games (especially the SFA/SF2 series) so be sure to come here if you like
those fighting series' too. Nice background now too.
- Dave's Sega Saturn Page
Dave has one of the best places around for info on Sega's 32-bit Saturn. He's got a
ton of info here. Check out news, reviews, literally hundreds of screenshots and
much more!
- Gazunta Online
Gazunta is an Australian hell-bent on getting a job in the video games industry. His
colorful page will give you an idea of some of his freelance work. Besides being
the #vidgames FAQ author, he also has pictures of some of us on his page. Ack!
- Robin and Angela's Home Page
rchen, a #vidgames regular, has a web page with his wife here. His has tons of video
game FAQs, tons of links and pictures of one of the most unusual weddings you've
ever seen.
- Welcome to Optik On-Line!
Optik Software is a PC games publisher in the Pittsburgh area (where Scott lives). So,
of course, we had to give them a link. You should look around their site and purchase
a game or two. They also have downloadable shareware demos.
- Video Game Yellowpages
The Video Game Yellowpages, run by Game Pen, is an online directory of video game and
computer related links. If you're looking for a particular video game or computer
site, but don't know the address, then there's a pretty good chance you'll find it here.

can expect chat, files to download and a WWW board.

Eidolon represents the coming together of four fan pages to form one web site
covering the whole spectrum of the video game realm. They offer plenty of updates
for all the systems. Available in high and low bandwidth.
- Super Mario Kart
The quintessential page for Mario Kart fans. This lovely page not only covers the
Super NES version of Mario Kart, but it also covers Mario Kart 64 for the N64!
Familiar Mario Kart graphics cover the page.
- The KI Web
The best Killer Instinct page on the web. Contains news, moves, strategies, media files,

Don't be fooled by the name. Although they do have a Sega section on their page,
they also have a huge cheats archive, in addition to the "Video Games Top 100"
list which you can submit votes to.
You got a link to you want considered for N64 HQ's list? Run into a dead link? Got a
link you don't want on here? Tell us about it.
We are quite choosy about our links, since we only want to offer the best links
to our readers. (Hey, it's our page, we can do whatever we want.) If we actually like
your page, then we'll put a link to it online. Of course, a link will be required in
return. Otherwise, you will NOT get a reply back regarding your request.
