WAYNE'S WORD | Biology 100 | Lemnaceae | Gee-Whiz | WebSites

In the spirit of sharing information on the fabulous Internet Superhighway, and the quest for knowledge, WAYNE'S WORD is featuring little-known and unusual plants of the world. These are mostly plants brought to Professor Armstrong by curious students who wanted to know more about the plants, or perhaps wanted to get a better grade in biology. The short articles will be monthly but non-regular. In other words, they will appear from time to time and are listed by the month that they first appear in reverse chronological order:

Note: This site best viewed with Netscape Navigator 3.0 (or greater) or Internet
Explorer 3.02 (or greater), using default font settings. For best display and word
wrap, use the maximum window size and display settings of 640 X 480 pixels and
High Color (16 bit), or 800 X 600 pixels and High Color (16 bit).  Other settings
may produce displays unacceptable to perfectionists! Pages created with HTML
Assistant Pro, Arachnophilia and finishing touches with Dreamweaver.

Many of these topics are based on articles by W.P. Armstrong that appeared
in numerous natural history publications. See List Of Published References.
