Game Making Orgy

In an attempt to get people to start making games for fun, not for commercial benefit/respect, I started this forum thread.
Not a competition, but a 'gathering' of game makers doing what they do best, a few people have already put up a few games. Nash's game 'Rex' is very impressive, jump into the thread, play a few of the already finished games, and start making your own!

The blokes over at Epidemic (namely NapalmDoom) have released a short teaser of their highly anticipated game, "Bobbyville 2". Here is what they had to say about the matter.
"A short video containing in game shots of the latest Bobbyville works in progress.
Bobbyville 2 will play almost identicle to the first, for all you nostalgic fans. However, the game obviously sports much more lush graphics and augmented gameplay with features such as weather effects and a more lively environment.
Built from scratch, Bobbyville 2 is on a completely different engine from the original will offer a campaign mode with a 'free' mode aswell for classic gameplay.
Taking place over a series of islands in the middle of some fictional ocean, Environments can range from freezing winters to burning summers and everything in between. Aside from visual, you will hear in high quality audio the sounds of the Bobbyville world."

Sprint Shoe- the latest

Zerotau has given me the latest info on how his platformer Sprint Shoe is progressing. He says: I haven't done much the last two weeks considering I've been depressed, but I have an enemy and Kin's engine- which STILL isn't done cause it has so many features. Features include wall jump, bombs, crossbow, double jump, rope sliding, 3-hit combo, soar, climb, hang from poles, sprinting, etc etc...
So, there you have it. More soon.

The Fallen Angel Industries Homepage has been updated with the following news.Commando Nearly Done
Yup, only two more levels and polishing to go. Right now I really want to get it over and done with and work on bigger and better things (I can't wait to unveil them) because I've been working on it for far too long, and quite honestly it's getting rusty.
Also, Streambolt and MOD are about 95% done, and are both much better than Commando, so watch out for them. Riko has also picked up on Spanorak again, so FAIND are going to have alot of good releases before the end of the year. Bye, and remember to party hard. Expect Total Klik to bring you all the future news on these games, as well as exclusive previews, as soon as they are possible.
