My husband, Bill Sullivan
A retired Army veteran of 30 years, spent mostly in Airborne with 1 tour in Korea and
3 tours in Vietnam, he then became a mechanic and electrician. Retired from the work force,
his favorite activities are working out at the gym and riding his lawn tractor.
In warm weather,
I call him "the Lawn Ranger." It must be a man thing.

Because he was elderly and has arthritis,
Sam was happiest lying in the warm sun and
being given shoulder massages by yours truly.

Half chow and half black Labrador,
Poochie seems happiest being wherever we are.
Although she was born a carnivore, she seems to prefer a vegetarian lifestyle.
Azaleas and more
Spring is my favorite season -- nearly everything is in bloom.
It reminds me that
although life can become bleak
and hope seems to disappear,
if we just hold on for a while,
life will be good and pleasant again.
