Avon is centrally located in Colorado's Rocky Mountains along Interstate 70 at Exit 167. Denver is less than 100 miles east and Grand Junction is about 100 miles west. Avon offers easy access to the amenities of Vail and Beaver Creek. Many other mountain communities are within an easy drive of Avon, such as Glenwood Springs, Aspen, Steamboat Springs, and Breckenridge.
