- A degree in engineering, maths or physics (there are a limited number of places available for graduates in arts subjects), 180 UCAS points and 5 GCSEs (A*-C)/ 5 Scottish Standard Grades (1-3)/ equivalent, including English and maths.Not all courses and qualifications, especially those at BTEC or of a more vocational nature, are suitable for inclusion within this 180 points total. Therefore candidates should seek guidance through their Naval Careers Adviser.

Job description
As an Engineer (Training Management) Officer - E(TM) - you will be responsible for managing the delivery of education, training and development of the Royal Navy's most valuable asset - our people. You will be involved in all aspects of naval training - at sea and ashore - from hands-on instruction to analysis of jobs and equipment.
