WELCOME to Multi-Purpose Logistics Module Office
We are dedicated to developing innovative solutions in strategic growth areas through focused technical interchanges and relationship development.

Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM) in for the long haul Multi-Purpose Logistics Modules (MPLM) were built by the Italian Space Agency and managed by NASA's Marshall Space Flight  Center in Huntsville, AL.  There are three (3) Multi-Purpose Logistics Modules. The MPLM will fly on the Space Shuttle and carry 12 large containers (racks) of supplies such as food, clothing, spare parts and research equipment to the International Space Station (ISS). Upon return, the MPLM is filled with return cargo and trash containers for disposition here on earth.
The modules are named for significant engineers in Italian history, Rafaello, Leonardo and Donatello. This is the logo for the 3 Italian named modules developed by MPLM team members.  The logo depicts a ninja turtle in an astronaut flight suit.  The logo is copyrighted by the Mattel company.
