VIJAYAGAD
Vijayagad (Guhagar T.), is a fort on the north bank of the Shastri, about two miles across the river from Jaigad (Ratnagiri T.; p. 2309). It is about a quarter of an acre in area and is surrounded on three sides by a ditch.
