Once you've confirmed there really is a bug, email Eitan at:

Dont forget that this is Open Source software. You can look at the source of tex4ht, and fix bugs. And if you dont have the technical skills to do so, then looking at the code will at least convince you of the time and effort put into tex4ht by Eitan :-).
