You may have already seen the other "Code of Ethics" for food bloggers written collaboratively by Brooke Burton and Leah Greenstein. Since they are trained journalists their thoughtful "Food Blog Code of Ethics" was very well written, but kind of long and wordy.
So, here is an alternative "Food Blogger Code of Ethics," which has been streamlined, and is unencumbered by things like details, explanations, or/and good grammar.
Food Blogger Code of Ethics:
1. Don't Be an Asshole
2. Don't Make Shit Up
3. Ask Before You Use Someone Else's Stuff
4. Dude, Karma
Unlike the "Food Blog Code of Ethics" this is not designed as a set of guidelines, but a punishable set of laws. Watch your back.
* This tongue-in-cheek code of ethics brought to you by Chef John from Food Wishes Video Recipes (c) 2009.

brilliant!
Thanks! Mom?
That about sums it up :)
I know this is supposed to be funny, but it's really spot on.
This is beyond food blogging, this is good to live by in all areas of one's life. Deeply profound and well spoken
Simple, memorable. Perfect. End of story.
Dude, that's what I said! But I only had two: (1) Be honest; (2) Don't be a douche.

Nice, yours is twice as concise.
See, this one I'd subscribe to!
Rules to blog by in a nutshell, an eggshell, or an oyster shell. Pick your shell, not your... you're thinking nose, aren't you?

LOL!!!!
Crap!
