LAW AND ADMINISTRATION ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT No. 2) LAW,

5712-1952*

Amendment
of Ordinance. 1. The Law and Administration Ordinance, 5708-1948(1) shall be amended as follows:

In section 10, subsection (c) shall be replaced by the following subsection:

"(c) The provisions of this section apply also to regulations within the meaning of section 8 and emergency regulations within the meaning of section 9.".

2. The Emergency Regulations (Continuance in Force of Provisions), 5712-1951(2), are hereby repealed.

3. Section 1 of this Law shall have effect retroactively as from the 6th lyar, 5708 (15th May, 1948).
