The Role of Social Support in Overcoming Obstacles to Abortion Access: Oregon Women Tell Their Stories

Wednesday May 26th 11am-noon, Women’s Center

OSU graduate student Bayla Ostrach will discuss her recent study about Oregon women's access to abortion services. Bayla's mixed-methods ethnographic research describes women's difficulties navigating the Oregon Health Plan application process and dealing with other financial and logistical challenges, as well as the importance of social support in helping women overcome barriers to care. Please join us for a presentation and discussion!

The Spring art collection is here! "Harness The Stray Grounds" by Sara Jo Schultz will be available for viewing from March 20th - June 8th during Women's Center open hours.
