it's called "the whizzinator"... synthetic urine--works better than herbal cleansers; comes with heater and straps to your lower abdomen--available online and at head-shops everywhere. they only catch it if they pat you down (i.e. probatio...n dept.); and it only costs about $40 . see how stupid drug testing for most employment is? (not talking about pilots, truck drivers, etc.)

But, YAY BURNING MAN!!! Wish it weren't so expensive to get in...

SFGate.com Ex-Bush aide comes out of the closet and supports gay marriage. Do you think the disclosure by the prominent Republican will make a difference in the same-sex marriage battle?

The same-sex marriage debate is producing some interesting consequences - Ken Melhman, former chair of the Republican National Committee and leader of the 2004 Bush-Cheney re-election campaign, has come out as gay and as a supporter of same-sex marriage in an interview with the Atlantic.

    • Tobed Awg ‎@Peter: The Bush Campaign of 2004 was not "Against Gays" but against Gay Marriage.. Mehlman was the head of the RNC but Bush's campaign was crafted largely by Karl Rove.. That said, maybe it took Mehlman a while to discover his own reality.. Dick Cheney's daughter was an "out" lesbian at the time of the 2004 campaign.. Also Democratic candidate John Kerry (just like current President Barack Obama) stated that they opposed gay marriage..

    • Gerald Spencer Didn't this happen after the 'Republicans' announced that they are creating a gay organization within the party in order to court the gay dollars and the gay vote? I swear there was an article just days before. Did I misread that?

Forget the fancy and fashionable September issue magazine covers that are gracing newsstands -- the new cover of Rolling Stone is probably the best cover out there. It's full of nasty hotness

True Blood is a horrible soap opera knock off of a somewhat average series of books that gets better after time....kinda. W/E I liked Stargate and that show was cheese at the max.

Chester Smith I'm all for the new law. I think it will promote healthier eating habits and promote better health in young people. I think this law should also apply to breaskfast foods.

        • Gerald Spencer Yes, people it says "combat troops," puffttt! Do you realize the US had combat troops in West Germany all the way through the end of the Cold War. It was the best method of economic support for all of Western Europe; civilian jobs like crazy and tons of dollars spent on the European economy for tourism, housing, every aspect of the economy.

Yes! Had great times there! When I was about 4 yrs old I shouldn't have gone on that "legend of the lost miner" train ride thing or whatever that was because it scared the crap out of me! I remember my older brother laughing at me, and dad... got in trouble because he wasn't supposed to let me go on that ride. A few years later it wasn't scary anymore but my friends, family and I had tons of fun there. Happy memories there - loved it! Then they built Great America and we stopped going to Frontier Village. Kinda sad...nothing lasts but hopefully the memories will linger :-)See More
