She has curves in all the right places, so it's refreshing to see that Modern Family actress, Sofia Vergara, loves to eat-out just as much as the next person.

The stunning 41-year-old was pictured leaving Italian restaurant, Il Pistaio in Beverly Hills, California on Monday and she looked simply gorgeous in her stylish get-up.

There was no hint of a bloated tum as Sofia left the eaterie, instead, her cropped sweater showed that her midriff was beautifully toned and flat.

She also wore a pair of gravity-defying cork wedge shoes and a grey Givenchy handbag. She added a superstar touch to her look with a pair of sunglasses and some green bejewelled earrings.

The star checked her phone as she walked out of the restaurant, which had a blue cover to match the rest of her outfit and she carried a red purse with her.

Sofia's hunky fiancé, Nick Loeb, recently said that one of the couple's favourite pastimes is to indulge in food and he enjoys cooking for his beautiful partner who 'loves to eat.'

The couple, who split their time between Los Angeles, where Sofia films Modern Family, New York and Nick's home state of Florida, haven't finalised the details of their big day yet.

He told People magazine, 'We travel extensively and don't always get a lot of time to spend at home. But when we do, especially with the holidays coming up, we have a lot of our favourite recipes that we make, like green bean casseroles, stuffing and potato dishes.'

And it sounds like Sofia was excited to tuck into a lovely Thanksgiving dinner on Friday, Tweeting about the turkey she was eating three times.

She wrote: 'Where is the turkey Manolo??!! Im done with my part of the job!' followed by 'Manolo's work is ready!!! thank you god for this turkey, for this son ,for this life happy thanks giving!!!!' [sic]

Then she quite simply Tweeted: 'Mmm turkey'

Luckily for the star, Sofia can afford to eat all the food she likes. She recently topped Forbes' list of the highest-paid TV actors, earning a reported $30million between June 2012 and June 2013.

She is said to earn roughly $175,000 per episode on the hit sitcom Modern Family, in which she plays much-loved character, Gloria.

She also has lucrative deals with brands like Diet Pepsi, Cover Girl and American store Kmart.

Despite this, she recycled the same jeans and shoes again on Sunday when she was pictured out at The Grove in Los Angeles with a male friend.
