Kate Hudson and fiance Matt Bellamy seem to be doing their best to put rumours of relationship troubles to bed.

The 34-year-old actress and her rocker beau of four years put on a united front as they hit the beach together for the second day in a row on Friday.

The couple were spotted strolling out of Malibu beach side hotspot Paradise Cove looking decidedly relaxed on the sunny day.

Kate could not have possibly appeared more blissful as she wandered through the parking lot of the low-key beach restaurant by the Muse frontman's side.

She wore lightweight billowing jungle-print trousers with slits all the way up the side, showing off her slim pins with each step.

The How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days star teamed the summery garment with an easy white T-shirt that read Creme De La Creme, and the most basic flip flops got her by for the breezy day out.

She wore her long blonde tresses up in a simple bun, framed her naturally stunning face with chic black sunglasses and slung a mauve suede handbag over her shoulder to carry her precious cargo.

British rocker Matt kept it basic in light chinos and a blue hooded sweater as he carried a large yellow envelope under one arm.

The couple left their two-year-old son Bingham at home for some couple time.

Recently a representative for the 34-year-old actress denied suggestions the couple  have drifted apart due to the 'separate lives' they have been living.

The spokesperson for Kate Hudson told the New York Daily News: 'It's not true.'

It had initially been claimed the pair were on the brink of calling time on their four-year relationship due to Kate's desire to remain at the centre of the film industry in Hollywood and Matt's choice to stay in London near his Muse bandmates.

A source told the New York Daily News: 'Matt is pretty down-to-earth and happy in England, while Kate is very LA-focused.

'They are leading separate lives. It hasn’t been working out the way they planned and they’ve been trying very hard for the sake of their son.

'Different work priorities have slowly driven a wedge between them.'

Kate and Matt started dating in spring 2010, with the actress falling pregnant just two months later.
