She may have been in Belgium, but that wasn't going to stop Lady Gaga channelling whichever cultural influences suited her mood at that moment.

Pulling together an impressive oriental ensemble, the singer left her Brussels hotel on Tuesday with all of the grace of a Japanese geisha, floating through the crowd in a long full-sleeved gown.

Gaga, who had released her jazz album Cheek To Cheek with Tony Bennett hours before, was still reeling from a performance with the legendary crooner in the city the previous day, which she called 'the best day of my life'.

The 38-year-old was beaming from ear-to-ear when she emerged from her hotel, signing photos for her fans outside in a caped oriental dress.

She sauntered from the hotel entrance with her billowing sleeves spread out under outstretched arms, hinting at her tightly-clad frame beneath.

The olive green ensemble featured an exotic flower pattern, which she complemented with a bold eye-liner design that framed her sockets.

A contrast from her previous wild outfit choices, Gaga's look was feminine for once and featured a style not unlike pop rival Katy Perry.

In contrast to the previous evening's retro perm, Gaga chose a slick, straight hair look styled into a fringed bob that gave a healthy shine.

And while she was turning heads in the Belgian capital on Tuesday, she had owned Brussels’ Grand Place alongside 88-year-old jazz legend Tony on Monday.

Back to ARTPOP: After releasing an album of duets with legendary crooner Tony that day, Gaga was straight back to her ArtRave tour in Antwerp on Tuesday night

The pair, who have been collaborating on tracks for their new album since January 2013, made quite the entrance to the after-party later that night, Gaga especially, who went braless in a sheer dress.

She tweeted: 'Today is the best day of my life. Singing w/@itstonybennett in Brussels wearing a dress made by @Brandonvmaxwell'

And while Cheek To Cheek was a new direction for the Just Dance singer, she was due to be right back out on stage with the next stop on her current concert tour ArtRave the next night in Antwerp, to keep her 'Little Monsters' fans happy.

The tour - promoting her latest pop offering ARTPOP - is her fourth and is due to end in late November after six months of stops around the world.
