Beyonce showed where she gets her good genes from as she posed alongside her mother, Tina Knowles in a throwback Twitter picture from her recent wedding.

Tina, 61, tied the knot with actor Richard Lawson, 68, on a yacht on April 12, in Newport Beach, California, with a star-studded guestlist.

33-year-old Beyonce dazzled in the newly released image, which also featured her sister Solange , singer Kelly Rowland and actress Bianca Lawson, who all wore white for the special occasion.

Beyonce, surrounded by a host of lovely ladies in the image, showed off her ample cleavage, wearing a plunging white lace dress - topping off the look with a floral headband.

Her mother also looked glamorous, wearing an elegant white long-sleeved gown which had a thigh-split with elegant sheer fabric.

Solange was sporting a one-shoulder kaftan-style number over baggy trousers, while long-term family friend Kelly chose a cut-out jumpsuit.

Tina had been dating Richard for about 18 months before their wedding, but they had known each other as friends for more than 30 years.

Guests at the wedding included Beyonce's husband Jay Z and Solange's husband Alan Ferguson, Destiny's Child singer Michelle Williams was also in attendance.

Also there were Richard's two children and actor Samuel L. Jackson.
