And on Saturday, her travels took her to the UK, where the 22-year-old beauty was seen touching down at London's Heathrow Airport - and her make-up free appearance helped her go incognito.

While she's known for captivating audiences on many a catwalk and magazine cover, Kate rocked a decidedly off-duty style for her transatlantic journey, stepping out in casual gear.

The Florida-raised star swept her way through the terminal in a blue V-neck T-shirt under a black leather jacket, which she teamed with matching flared trousers and skater shoes.

With a pair of black headphones resting around her neck, she toted a large taupe handbag as curious onlookers gathered to catch a glimpse of the star, who is close pals with Taylor Swift.

With her blonde tresses tied into a relaxed bun, Kate hid her eyes behind a stylish pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses as she exited the airport and made her way into the centre of the English capital.

Just days ago, Kate - who was noticeably absent from this year's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue - spent time in Detroit visiting her baseball player boyfriend Justin Verlander.

The couple have been in a long-distance romance for several years, with Justin based in Michigan with his baseball team the Detroit Tigers.

Earlier this month, the pair attended the John Varvatos Detroit Store Opening Party hosted by Chrysler and posed on the red carpet together.

In the same interview, Kate also spoke of how being named Sexiest Woman Alive by America's People magazine affected her family.
