Lauren Pope showed off her impressive gym-honed physique as she stepped out in London on Saturday in yet another revealing outfit. 

The TOWIE starlet showcased her abs in a tight black mini dress with a cut-out front, proudly displaying the results of her fitness regime.

Sporting a Marbella tan, the 32-year-old wore her honey locks in loose waves around her waist.

Her toned arms and petite waist were highlighted to perfection in the all-black ensemble from Charlotte Crosby's In The Style clothing range, which she paired with some black shoes and a red clutch back. 

Lauren was enjoying a night out with a friend in London after recently returning from Spain where she was joined by the cast of TOWIE to film its latest season.

The Only Way is Marbs premieres on Sunday, with the first episode already promising an abundance of drama. 

Putting the woes of her co-stars aside, Lauren has been spotted out in London this week enjoying the events of the London Collections Men week. 

Attending a party last night the blonde beauty stuck to a similar formula, sporting a white crop-top and high-waisted black trousers for the occasion.

With a successful brand to her name and the respect of the fashion world, it seems the future is bright for Lauren.

Over the next few years she plans on channeling 'empowered, positive women who are the boss of their own business empire and running things on their own terms' like Natalie Massenet, Michelle Mone and Elle Macpherson.

She told FEMAIL: 'In five years time, hopefully I'll be settled with a family of my own and continuing to work on building my business empire in fashion, beauty and music.’

'I work incredibly hard on all the behind the scenes goings on of everything I'm involved in and I'm always learning and taking on new challenges. I love every single minute of it and that will continue long past the next five years.'
