Do they bear a likeness, Helen? Dame Mirren checks her waxwork's ample assets at Madame Tussauds display dedicated to her turning 70

She is known for her flirty and playful demeanor - and it seems Helen Mirren has no plans to tone it down now that she's 70.

The British icon was pictured peering into the cleavage of a waxwork of herself as she posed with a display dedicated to her at Madame Tussauds London last night.

Three waxworks of the actress had been positioned in front of a Union Jack flag and depicted her as Prime Suspect's detective Jane Tennison and in her Academy award-winning role as The Queen.

Dame Helen unveiled her 'red carpet figure' in London in 2010 but has never come face-to-face with the two other figures from Madame Tussauds Blackpool and Berlin before.

On meeting them, wearing a stunning Dolce and Gabbana gown, she was delighted, and commented: 'This is amazing, I feel like my husband looking at me! It's like having three sisters, I love it'.

When asked about her favourite of the three wax figures, she gestured at her 'red carpet' figure and added 'I love this one, it's very me, I look happy'.

Be a budding beauty with a Dolce & Gabbana dress like Helen

Is there anything more exciting (or creepier) than not just one Helen Mirren, but about ten?!

The actress posed up a storm at a Madame Tussaud's display to celebrate her 70th birthday and what a sartorial showdown it was between Helen and... Helen.

We're lusting after this rose print dress in particular. It's from Italian couture house Dolce & Gabbana and we love that evocative rose print, a key motif that ran right through the Fall '15 collection from which it hails. Add to that the fluted hem and dramatic long sleeves and you've got a dress that is pure Sicilian chic.

Being Helen Mirren, she's had this dress custom-made for her, so you can't buy it online, but fear not! You can click the link (right) to snap up a similar creation now at MyTheresa.

Glamourously turned out: Wearing a floral dress, the actress was seen posing with the three waxworks

She said about her other two figures 'The Queen outfit is very like my costume' and 'Look at the eyes of Jane Tennison, very fierce, it's excellent'.

She then went on to tell which other wax figures from Madame Tussauds London she would like to pose with 'Robert Pattinson would be pretty cool, George [Clooney] of course and I'd have Johnny Depp too'.

She then spotted the latest wax figure addition, Kim Kardashian and exclaimed: 'Look, Kim doing a selfie! She's great, and what a fabulous [Balmain] dress.'

'Dame Helen's figure has been one of the most popular since it was first launched here by the lady herself in 2010,' commented Edward Fuller, General Manager at Madame Tussauds London.

'We wanted to do something special to celebrate her birthday on 26 July so we decided to give visitors the chance to 'meet' her in three of her most famous guises.

'Her portrayal of DI Jane Tennison is TV legend, she won an Oscar for her role as The Queen, and she is an inspirational role model herself, wowing the public and press every time she steps out. We're sure fans will be delighted to see all three Dame's together for the very first time.'

The 'red carpet' wax figure was launched in Madame Tussauds London in 2010, by Dame Helen herself whom kindly donated the Asprey dress which she'd worn to the ITV3 Crime Thriller Awards for her figure to wear.

At the time the star commented: 'It's like becoming a Dame really; a great honour. My husband wants to marry her; I'm much more argumentative than she is.'

Her Prime Suspect wax figure was launched in Madame Tussauds Blackpool in 2011 and is featured in the attractions 'Crime Drama' section.

Finally, the wax figure portraying the actress in her award-winning role as The Queen arrived in Madame Tussauds Berlin in 2013.

The trio will be on display until October 16. Find out more about the full line up at Madame Tussauds London and book ahead atwww.madametussauds.com/London
