He's vehemently denying he's having an affair with his children's former nanny but Ben Affleck seemed absolutely delighted to see her during a late night rendezvous at his LA home last month.

The photos taken July 17 show Christine Ouzounian, 28, visiting the actor, 42, and giving him a box-shaped gift more than two weeks after she was fired by Jennifer Garner.

The pretty blonde was let go after Jen suspected she was having an affair with her estranged husband of 10 years with whom she has three children.

Ouzounian, who traveled with Ben and his kids to the Bahamas at the end of June and then spent a weekend in Las Vegas with him at a poker tournament, showed up at the star's bachelor pad.

The actor came out to greet her as she arrived and the pair were seen laughing and chatting together.

It's surprising because the encounter took place after Ouzounian was no longer working for the Afflecks and as the media spotlight focused on how Ben and Jen were coping with their divorce decision.

Reps for Ben continue to insist there's no romance between him and the former nanny, a Santa Monica native who's been engaged twice - once to a financial adviser and then to a fisherman in the Bahamas - but never married.

Sources close to the actor are also rubbishing suggestions he is paying for the blonde beauty to stay at the Hotel Bel-Air and telling her to keep quiet about the affair.

According to PageSix.com on Wednesday, Ouzounian signed a non-disclosure agreement when she accepted the job of nanny for Violet, nine, Seraphina, six and Samuel, three.

But now she's been fired, anything that occurs between herself and Ben since she was let go is not covered by that agreement.

The other woman? Ouzounian, pictured the same day as her visit with Ben, has only known the actor since the spring and her romantic involvement with him has been described by Jen's pals as 'the ultimate betrayal'

Jennifer is so 'disgusted' at her estranged husband's behavior she's refusing to answer his calls or respond to text messages.

The actress, 43, who's currently filming Miracles From Heaven in Atlanta, only communicates with him about matters directly concerning their three children,Us Weekly reported Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Ben has now retreated to his secluded plantation-style property near Savannah, Georgia, while the couple's former nanny is holed up at the swanky Hotel Bel-Air in Beverly Hills.

Rumors of a romantic relationship between the Argo director and the nanny, who was only hired this spring to work for the Afflecks, are said to be the last straw for Jennifer, who now wants nothing to do with her husband of 10 years.

'Discovering the extent of Ben's relationship with Christine completely changed things,' a source told Us Weekly.

The publications says it prompted the Alias star to revoke her previous offer to let Ben stay in a guest house on their sprawling Pacific Palisades property that's the family's main base.

'She will facilitate him seeing the kids but other than that, she is finished,' another insider told the publication. 'What happened with Christine is the ultimate betrayal.'

Ouzounian has told friends that Ben is sending her emails and texts and saying he loves her.

In Touch magazine published photos Wednesday of Ouzounian poolside at the Hotel Bel-Air, wearing a black bikini and texting on her cell phone.

In other pictures, she is seen enjoying drinks at the hotel's outdoor bar.

A friend told In Touch that the Hollywood movie star is covering all of the bills and expenses and has given Ouzounian 'spending money for at least the next three months.'

The same friend says the former nanny is 'in love' with Ben and 'fantasizes about being Mrs. Christine Affleck.'

The Alias star first began to suspect that something was up while she was filming the movie Nine Lives in Montreal, Canada, in June.

She heard that Ben and the nanny were planning outings together without the children.

'She didn't KNOW anything was going on but she suspected it,' an insider told Us Weekly.

Nevertheless, the mom-of-three invited the nanny along on their Bahamas getaway and while Jen traveled to the Caribbean via Boston, Ben and the nanny flew with the kids from LA to the family's resort home.

According to insiders, Ben was going to Las Vegas for a poker tournament and the plan was that Ouzounian would continue on to Los Angeles alone.

But the instead, the pair spent the weekend in Sin City where the 28-year-old was seen at Ben's side.

According to Us Weekly, by the time Ben returned to the Bahamas on June 29, his estranged wife had put two and two together.
