She has the face of an angel and the delicate frame of one too.

But former Home And Away star Isabel Lucas, who was recently accused of being 'too skinny' maintains all is glowing with her, telling Daily Mail Australia, 'I'm really happy and healthy right now.'

Mingling with pals at Wednesday night's David Jones Spring/Summer 2015 collection launch, the 30-year-old star cut an ethereal figure in a Seventies-style dress nipped in at the waist.

The Melbourne-born actress showcased her bohemian Zimmermann dress as she posed on the red carpet saying: 'I'm so happy to be back in Australia to visit my sister..'

The angelic blonde was a whimsical delight in the floor-length dress peppered with swirling Paisley patterns.

She wore her hair scraped back showing off a wispy fringe, and added a slick of rouge to accentuate the pout.

The Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen star was heavily criticised when she struck a gaunt figure after splitting from musician boyfriend Angus Stone.

When they first parted in 2012, she appeared shockingly thin, even by the standards of her usually slender frame.

Onlookers watched dubbing her 'skinny' on social media until last May when observers conceded her cheeks and legs had filled out.

The Australian-Swiss actress made her name on Australian soap opera Home And Away before she was plucked to feature in a slew of film projects, including Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Immortals, The Pacific and Daybreakers.

She has become known in her home country for promoting environmental causes as much as for her film work and has been championing the causes of dolphins and endangered bees.

The Los Angeles based blonde told DMA on Wednesday: 'I am supporting dolphins and bees colonies that have collapse disappeared.

'I have a beehive at home and I loves whales and dolphins; they are such intelligent sentiet beings that are so gentle.'

Isabel, who follows a vegan diet, spoke of her split with Angus telling Daily Life: 'I guess we can't ever make someone feel ready for all that comes with big love and long-term commitment.'

'I went through my own process of accepting that and turning a broken heart into something beautiful,' she added.

Since then,she has been linked to several Hollywood stars, including Jake Gyllenhaal, Jared Leto, Joel Edgerton, Adrian Grenier and her former soap co-star Chris Hemsworth.
