Sam Smith gave 007 a run for his money as he looked achingly suave while walking the red carpet at the GQ Men Of The Year Awards on Tuesday night before being feted with the coveted award.
The 23-year-old singing sensation announced on Instagram on Monday that he is recording the theme tune for the latest Bond movie Spectre and clearly took styling tips from the super sleuth himself.

Speaking of his Bond bombshell, Sam told MailOnline: 'I've been keeping this secret for a year and it was intense. But I can't think of any better way to celebrate.'

Sam, who previously denied any involvement in the project, dropped a major hint that he was behind the theme song when he shared a snap wearing a ring emblazoned with the Spectre logo that night.
The vocalist said: 'This is one of the highlights of my career. I am honoured to finally announce that I will be singing the next Bond theme song.
'I am so excited to be a part of this iconic British legacy and join an incredible line up of some of my biggest musical inspirations. I hope you all enjoy the song as much as I enjoyed making it.'

Opening up about the 007 experience to Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show on Tuesday, Sam said it had been like a 'top secret mission' his own, admitting it was the quickest he'd even penned a song.
He began: 'I'm so relieved to actually talk about this, this has been a top secret mission of my own.
'I got called into the office with (producer) Barbara Broccoli and (director) Sam Mendes and they gave me the script, I read the script ... they said, "Have a go at the song."
'It's the quickest I've ever written a song - it took 20 minutes - and they loved it. I love the song so much.'

Spectre hits UK cinemas on 26 October and is released in the US on 6 November.
