What a journey! Brie, pictured with Jacob in Tokyo during a press conference for Room on Tuesday, described just how close the two have become over the last two years
'Together we have traveled the globe, spent almost two years hanging out, playfully arguing about things like who can hold their breath longer and talking at length about Room. At its core, every step of the way has been taken with love.'
'We were generous and patient with each other. We laughed a lot, especially when it was hard. We picked each other up, answered for the other when one was tired and always kept silliness alive. Thank you Room for bringing us together,' Brie wrote.
She added: 'Thank you Room for uniting us with the rest of the world. Thank you to everyone who shared this journey with us. I will never ever forget it.'

No doubt the last year for Brie has been an unforgettable one, given that the actress was awarded a Golden Globe and the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in Room.
Room was adapted from Emma Donoghue's Booker-shortlisted novel of the same name, which was inspired by the story of Elisabeth Fritzl, who endured 24 years of captivity in the basement of her family home in Austria.
The movie follows the story of Ma (Brie) who has been kidnapped and repeatedly raped in a shed, which she calls Room.
She gives birth to a son, Jack (Jacob Tremblay), and tries to use creativity and imagination to create a fulfilling life for her the five-year-old son.
After the mother-son duo escape, the boy's eyes are opened as he finally gets to see the outside world.
