Before taking part in the challenge, the outspoken ladies were told to look at themselves naked in the mirror the evening prior and complete a voice recording of how they felt.

Checking herself out, Kaye quipped in her recording: 'I haven't had a good look at you since 1982, you're not bad you're looking a bit more functional. That stomach looks like a bag of porridge that's been left out in the rain.’

After the recording was played, she joked: ‘Two kids, I had my kids later. My body, I'm alright with it but that section it's a disaster. My dream all my life is to have a six pack, and I've never ever had one.’

The shoot was of course inspired by Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda's un-retouched image, which was taken by photographer Trevor Leighton to promote the animal rights charity's message to go vegetarian.

Her long blonde hair spread out behind her, the mother-of-two looks completely at ease showing off her body.

She hopes the campaign will encourage others to embrace a vegetarian diet, which she credits for keeping her skin in great condition and her figure in check.

'For me, there are many benefits,' she revealed. 'My skin's always good. I never feel bloated.'

Amanda has been a strict vegetarian since the age of 13, but even before that she was never keen on eating meat.
