And casino billionaire James Packer hit the water on Tuesday making a splash ripping up the water on a jet-ski.

The 49-year-old businessman appeared to be enjoying himself and even flashed a pout as he gripped tight to the handles and navigated the waters.

James wore a slimline blue and black life jacket zipped up to the chest over the top of his shirt and appeared to be enjoying the time on the Seadoo ski.

The billionaire businessman showed off his skills and appeared to be enjoying the time out on his own getting the adrenaline pumping.

James has been soaking up the sunshine in The Mediterranean with fiancee and pop princess Mariah Carey and her family.

The pair have been holidaying off the Amalfi Coast on board James' boat the Arctic P, with Mariah's two children, twins Monroe and Moroccan, five.
