'So sorry for your loss': Chrissy Teigen sends Kim Kardashian a bouquet after the death of her beloved BlackBerry

Kim Kardashian's BlackBerry Bold was practically an extension of her hand.

So when it finally gave out on Wednesday, Chrissy Teigen leapt to comfort her friend.

On Thursday, the model sent the reality star a heart-shaped arrangement of pink and white flowers with a card.

Kardashian was, of course, quick to film the bouquet and share it with her Snapchat followers, adding a laughing emoji. 

In her video, the 35-year-old could be heard cooing, 'You guys, how thoughtful is Chrissy? She sent me this floral arrangement. She just gets me.'

Mrs John Legend's heartrending elegy read, 'I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how much you loved your BB. You were both very lucky to have each other and you will always have the memories. xoxo, Chrissy'.

The mother of two had been devoted to BlackBerry Bolds long after they became antiquated. In 2014, she told Recode's Code/Mobile conference, 'It's my heart and soul, I love it and I'll never get rid of it.'  

Yet tragedy struck on Wednesday. Taylor Swift's new nemesis sent forth a string of mournful tweets, writing, 'Sooo my blackberry bold died. I can't find anymore on ebay. I knew this day would come & to be honest I'm prepared. But the question is....' 

'Do I try a different kind of blackberry? Or ditch it all together? Or a different phone like Samsung?'

With her usual common touch, she noted, 'I need 2 phones. Because I love having 2 different phone services so I always have a working phone.'

She concluded, 'or another option is having 2 iPhones. I really want my blackberry bold though. Reality is starting to set in & I'm getting sad.'

Hopefully, the following day at least somewhat assuaged her unhappiness. Not only did she get Teigen's flowers, but according to TMZ, BlackBerry will be sending her 'their most secure Android smartphone.'

Kardashian appears to still need consoling. Her cartoon Twitter avatar still has a large tear on her cheek.
