When heading to the airport, dressing down a bit is the norm.

But on Thursday, Zendaya proved that even dressing to be comfortable on a potentially cramped flight leaves room for a bit of style.

The 20-year-old was spotted walking through LAX wearing a pair of black leggings that heightened the already svelte appearance of her precipitous legs.

A star wherever she goes: On Thursday, Zendaya was spotted crossing LAX in a Puma camouflage-print hoodie and leggings that emphasised her pencil thin legs

She'd nestled her hands into the pockets of her camouflage-patterned Puma hoodie as she walked, listening to music via a pair of white headphones.

Her slightly tousled hair fell free under a black baseball cap with 'Grateful' written on it in white, which she matched with black and white trainers.

On Snapchat this Tuesday, she accused Vons shop clerk of racially profiling her when she tried to buy gift cards. 'I don't think she was a fan of our skin tone,' said Zendaya.

'She literally threw my wallet,' said the Something To Dance For singer at another point, 'and she was like "you can't afford this."'

She did later amend her story, saying, 'It wasn't like a throw; it was like a toss with my cards still loose...my card fell on the scanner and she began helping other customers.'

The Good Luck Charlie actress also thanked the shop's manager for ultimately resolving the situation, ultimately enabling her to buy the gift cards. She'd conceded earlier in the Snap story that 'There are certain limits or whatever so you can only buy so much.'

On Wednesday, the supermarket company apologised by way of a statement to E! News, saying: 'At Vons, we strive to treat each and every customer with the utmost respect. There is a policy that limits gift card purchases using a credit card.

'Zendaya,' they claimed, 'was able to purchase gift cards up to our limit, and we apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding.'

They also vaunted the actress' 'voice in the community' and insisted they were 'committed to diversity and inclusion,' acknowledging 'that race is a sensitive issue in America.'
