A turbulent few months were momentarily forgotten as Courtney Stodden made a red carpet appearance in Hollywood on Wednesday evening.

The former Celebrity Big Brother star, 22, was in attendance at the 4th annual Reality TV Awards, and by her own revealing standards looked comparatively demure as she mingled with guests outside local nightspot Avalon.

Opting for a form-fitting soft pink evening dress, Courtney ensured she caught the eye while posing for photos before making her way  inside.

True to form, the American model's prodigious chest was still on display, but her outfit's below the knee cut and subtle colour made it a less provocative public appearance.

Courtney completed her look with towering peep-toe heels, while her long blonde locks were casually maintained with a simple side parting. 

Accessorizing creatively, the TV personality opted for a furry clutch bag that gave her overall ensemble a distinctive flourish.

The TV personality recently told podcast Allegedly that she is still recovering after miscarrying her first child with older husband Doug Hutchison in July.

Responding to whether or not she will try for another baby, she said:  'It's hard to say another kid. Yeah, I suppose so.

'I'm still in the grieving process, so it's hard for me to answer that question. But you know, you never know. I'm only 22, so I have a long time to think about that.' 

The Tacoma, Washington native also revealed that she legally separated from Doug because she needed to 'sow my wild oats'.

She said: 'I [had] just recently finished a stint on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK and I think I turned 19 on the show and I was in the house for about a month and it was the first time I was away from Doug and I kind of felt like I was a college girl going away into a dorm or something with the cameras there. That was my first time away from Doug.

'After I got off the show, I was like, ''You know what, I need to sow my wild oats. I need to go out. I need to date. I need to screw.'' So that was basically the primary reason for that separation and we were separated for about a year maybe,' she said. 

But she conceded that after getting it out of her system she realized that Doug was an 'incredible man'. 

'I think when a couple faces a difficult trial in life together, whatever that may be, it either tears you apart or brings you together,' she said. 

'And I think right now we're kind of in the kind of crossroad point where we're trying to figure it out.'
