Khloe Kardashian is ending the year in similar fashion to how she spent a lot of of it: in a sweat at the gym.

The 32-year-old reality star on Saturday shared a shot on her Instagram page of her last workout of the year, as she sparred with a partner at the Body & Soul Boxing Gym in Miami, Florida.

She wrote: 'A little NYE workout @bodyandsoulboxinggym ! Had to break a quick sweat to get ready for tonight's festivities,' adding emojis of three champagne bottles to indicate the celebration on the horizon.

In the high-impact clip, the 5 ft., 10-in beauty was clad in a black tank top, matching leggings and baseball cap as she showed off her jabbing abilities with a sparring partner. The video was scored to rap music.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians personality - known for her optimism, kindness and tenacity - also took to Twitter on Saturday to share a message with more than 22 million followers, embodying such qualities amid the changing of the calendar.

Comparing the new year to a book with blank pages, the fashionista implored her fans to put their energies not just into themselves, but each other.

'On top of all of our own personal resolutions we pray to make successful this year,' she wrote. 'Let’s make another resolution that focuses on being there for each other, from the smallest gesture to a larger one.'

The empathetic socialite reminded her followers that 'kindness and selflessness is free and can change [one's] life, adding, 'Even your own.'

The fit beauty - who last year released the book Strong Looks Better Naked, detailing her own successful battle on body image - suggested her followers in 2017 'make a [conscious] effort to be loving, kind, concerned and have compassion to others.'

Khloe on Saturday was presumably preparing to spend the new year with her boyfriend, Cleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson. He was on the floor for his team's game in Charlotte, North Carolina, which is about a two-hour flight to South Florida, where Khloe's Instagram post initiated from.

The sculpted beauty is gearing up for her newest show, Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian, which debuts on E! January 12 at 8/7c.
