A memorial plaque and a bust of Diana, Princess of Wales have been unveiled in Vienna, 16 years after her tragic death in Paris.

It is believed to be the first memorial dedicated to Diana in a German-speaking country.

While the Austrian capital may seem an unlikely location for a memorial to the late British royal, to many across the world she remains a hugely popular figure.
