Taking a tumble! Elle Fanning trips and falls flat on her bottom while roller skating with friends

She's consistently seen heading to her beloved ballet classes.

But on Friday, Elle Fanning briefly lacked coordination while enjoying roller skating at a rink with friends.

The 18-year-old shared an Instagram video of herself tripping and falling backwards, landing flat on her bottom.

The Maleficent actress wore dark shorts beneath an oversized yellow T-shirt.

Elle showed off her long legs in the thigh-grazing look while sporting roller skates.

The teenager styled her blonde hair loose, opting for straight tresses.

The star shared a video of herself blissfully skating to her Instagram, which she playfully captioned 'pre.'

Elle is often spotted heading to ballet classes - up to six times a week.

In October, the starlet was sporting a pink and purple sports bra with black leggings for a class in Beverly Hills.

Earlier this week, Elle was spotted arriving to LAX rocking a Gucci bomber jacket, track bottoms and sneakers. 

She paired her luxurious airport look with pulled back hair and vintage inspired sunglasses.

Her next movie set to be released is Live By Night, out on January 13.

Ben Affleck directed it and also starred in the film; Zoe Saldana and Scott Eastwood are also part of the cast.
