Keep the cold at bay like Meghan in a coat by Mackage

When Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attended their first Royal engagement in Belfast it was all eyes were on Meghan's outfit!

Our new favorite fashionista was wearing this gorgeous beige midi coat from Mackage that complemented her green skirt from Greta Constantine and jumper by Victoria Beckham.

Mackage is a brand we’ve seen Meghan in before but this coat is a new piece for the soon-to-be fully fledged Royal. However, in typical Meghan style it’s cut with a waterfall design that can easily be wrapped over and tied at the waist and finished with leather trim pockets. A coat like this is a total staple piece so snapping it up yourself may be pricey but worth every cent when you can wear it again and again.

You can pre-order it on the right or shop alternatives via the edit below. We’ve found some fab options from Boohoo, PrettyLittleThing and Max Mara.

The rest of the magazine takes on a royal family theme, with headlines such as 'All the single princes — who's left?' and 'The real crown jewels — diamonds fit for a queen.'

Meghan is a natural choice for the magazine, which named Prince Harry its 'Man of the Year' on its November 2012 cover.

The former actress is also following in the footsteps Prince Harry's late mother, Princess Diana, who covered the magazine numerous times.

In January 2016, the magazine released 'The Diana Issue,' which included unseen photos of the royal and an opinion on what she would have thought of her daughter-in-law Kate Middleton if she were still alive.

Like Meghan, Kate's romance with Prince William helped her score a Tatler cover in February 2011, two months before their wedding.

The now 36-year-old's cover was far from traditional, as it featured four Andy Warhol-style prints that appeared to be made from one of her engagement photos.

In February 2012, nearly a year after she said 'I do' and became the Duchess of Cambridge, she appeared on the cover of the magazine for a second time.

Four years later, Kate went on to have her first-ever fashion magazine photo shoot when she posed for British Vogue.

Of course, the princes' loves aren't the only ones scoring covers. The magazine featured an old photo of Queen Elizabeth II on the May 2016 issue in honor of her 90th birthday.

Her sister, the late Princess Margaret, got a similar treatment when a youthful photo of her appeared on the December 2014 cover of the magazine, 12 years after her death.

For the April 2008 issue, a picture of Princess Eugenie wearing a purple strapless appeared on the front cover.

Meanwhile, Lady Amelia Windsor, the granddaughter of Queen's cousin and 36th in line to throne, was named the 'most beautiful member of the royal family, when her photo appeared on the April 2016 cover of the magazine.

Being close to a royal can also help you nab a Tatler cover, a lesson Pippa Middleton learned a few months after her sister's royal wedding.

A photo of Pippa serving as a bridesmaid at the nuptials ended up on the cover of the August 2011 issue.

And Meghan isn't the only one of Prince Harry's loves to be honored with a Tatler cover. The magazine also featured actress Cressida Bonas five years ago when she in a relationship with Harry.

The prince and his former flamed dated from 2012 to 2014, and she appeared on the cover of the October 2013 issue with the headline 'Harry Loves Cressy.'

Meghan's appearance on Tatler's cover comes just as the final details of her upcoming wedding to Prince Harry have been revealed.

The two are due to tie the knot on May 19 at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.

A $42 million 'ring of steel' will surround Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding including barriers, vehicle checks, snipers and airport-style scanners, it was revealed on Thursday.

More than 100,000 people are expected to visit Windsor, Berkshire, for the big day on May 19 — and they should expect to be stopped and searched by police.

Thames Valley Police say the operation is likely to be the biggest in its history as they gradually build up the security in the city over the next seven weeks.

All visitors entering the inner area to watch the royal carriage procession through the town will have to pass through airport-style security scanners. A huge security boundary will be mounted around the castle and St. George's Chapel, where the wedding ceremony is taking place in front of 600 guests.

Bag searches will take place along with checks on vans and trucks, while 'hostile vehicle mitigation' barriers aim to prevent vehicle-based terror attacks. Police will also use a network of automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras to check for stolen or suspect vehicles on criminal databases.

All leave for the 4,200-strong police force has been canceled as they work with Scotland Yard, which will provide security for the royals inside the castle.

Meghan has already been assigned a royal bodyguard from the Metropolitan Police's Royalty and Specialist Protection Command.

It has been confirmed that the royal family will pay for the wedding, including the church service, the music, the flowers and the reception. But taxpayers are expected to pick up the bill for security at the event, as they did for Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding in April 2011.

Earlier on Thursday, it was revealed that the first boy kissed by Meghan  grew up to be a famous rapper who stars on TV with James Corden.

In a little-known interview with chat show host Larry King the former Suits star told how she had smooched with her first crush Joshua Silverstein when she was a starry-eyed teenager.

'Joshua Silverstein. I was 13, it was a summer camp and I kissed him!' Meghan recalled.

She claimed that she had 'no idea' what happened to her first kiss in the interview recorded in 2013, years before she met Prince Harry.

But Silverstein has found fame in the U.S., as an actor and comedian who is one of the world's most talented beatboxers.

Now a married father-of-two, he was tracked down to the home in Los Angeles that he shares with his photographer wife Cynthia Guillen and their children, aged five and ten.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Josh, now 36, reveals: 'We were together every day, we spoke on the phone a lot, we held hands and shared kisses.

'Meghan and I are the same age so, I know I was about 13 or 14. I obviously don't remember 'the kiss' — but I do know that I was the first guy she kissed. She was a nice, kind, sweet girl.

'Her and I in some ways just felt a sense of attraction to each other, I'd had girlfriends prior to this, so I knew what I was doing - I proposed to my girlfriend in kindergarten!'

He recalled how he and the teenage Meghan both attended their local Agape Spiritual Church who organised a theatre summer camp in 1993, where their innocent relationship began.

Following a week of rehearsals the young lovebirds starred in a big performance called 'Agape 38 Flavours', where Meghan stole the show, according to Josh.

'I remember her character was very awkward, a dorky character, her hair was up, people thought we were funny and talented. We all got up and did a solo, then had one big dance number.'

At the time Meghan was a pupil at Immaculate Heart Girls' School in Los Feliz.

Five miles down the road, her young love interest lived in the neighborhood of Jefferson Park, where he still lives today.

But they always met up at the spiritual church, then based in Santa Monica, with Josh being especially close to Meghan's mother Doria, whom he's known for over twenty years.

The actor says he was 'excited' when he found out she was dating Harry, whom she will marry at Windsor Castle on May 19, adding: 'To be a person to grow up in LA, no ties with the royal family, or anything across the pond, to marry into it, that's exciting. I'm happy for her.

'She's very smart, got a good head on her shoulders, can handle herself, so she's going to have a fun ride. I'm very happy to hear that it seems like all her dreams are coming true. It's nice to know that someone from my past is doing so well.'

After their summer fling, the relationship slowly fizzled out, but they kept seeing each other at Sunday services.

'Agape Spiritual Church is without religion, it's just about loving each other, respect and being nice, it connects to all religions, but it's just spiritual. Our parents went to the Church.

'I saw her mom throughout High School, college and adult years until I stopped going four years ago. I always felt comfortable with her mom, we'd always stop and chat. I saw Meghan in the TV show and thought good for her. I'd always ask her to send my love.

'Meghan would come to church every now and then, but she didn't have a big celeb profile, wear sunglasses or anything like that — they're used to celebrities at Agape - Oprah Winfrey goes there,' Josh says.

Meghan was married to film producer Trevor Englelson for two years and dated Cory Vitiello, a Canadian celebrity chef, before she met Harry.

Josh adds: 'Meghan can deal with anything. We come from similar backgrounds and we've had to fight to get on in the industry.

'We talked about this when we were younger. We are both multi-ethnic people of color — with white fathers and black mothers and we've related on that. Race is important to both of us and she wanted to help change that in the future.'

Josh has appeared on the The Late, Late Show with his close friend Corden where he beatboxes on a segment called 'Drop The Mic'.

'James is amazing, smart, funny and a fantastic rapper. He's super talented,' Josh adds.
