P3 Filtered Mask
The P3 filtered respirator has been specifically developed and tested to protect against asbestos fibres. This ensures you will be protected against breathing in any asbestos fibres whilst sampling
Antibacterial Wipes
These wipes are used to dampen down your PPE before removing & disposing to prevent any further fibre release from the equipment.
RED Asbestos Waste Bag
The asbestos waste bags provided are of UN standard and are to be used to dispose of all PPE once sampling has been completed. The red bag inparticular is to be the first bag which any waste is placed into.
CLEAR Asbestos Waste Bag
The asbestos waste bags provided are of UN standard and are to be used to dispose of all PPE once sampling has been completed. The red bag should be placed into this clear bag.
As per industry standards all asbestos waste should be double bagged with high grade asbestos bags

These gloves have been carefully chosen for the sampling process to prevent your hands being contaminated with asbestos.
CAT 5/6 Coveralls
We supply one of the highest grades of asbestos coveralls (used by asbestos removal companies) to ensure you're protected against asbestos fibres whilst taking your sample.

Unlike other providers our kit covers absolutley everything you need to take a sample INCLUDING the lab test fee. You'll receive sample bags & sample request form in your kit also.

Asbestos was widely used in home construction from 1930 to around 2000, particularly from 1960 onwards. Houses/flats built around this time may contain asbestos materials. Properties built since the mid 80’s are unlikely to have asbestos in the fabric of the building and from 1990 extremely unlikely. Asbestos was outlawed in the UK in 1999.

Our kits are designed to enable you to safely take a sample from suspected material. They come with complete instructions and Personal Protective Equipment, which meets and exceeds HSE criteria. We do not recommend using our kits to test sprayed coatings, contaminated land or pipe lagging.

You only need to submit a small sample, we recommend material the size of a 20 pence piece per sample.
Results are usually tested on the day they are received at the lab, usually the day after postage. Certificates will be emailed out the same day as results given.
If the result comes back positive we can offer advice on how to proceed over the phone or put you in contact with a local asbestos removal company.

Our sample only service assumes you already have taken a sample, or have the facility to safely take samples of suspect material.
Samples must be sent as per the guidelines set out in the instructions, which are sent upon receipt of payment.
