Nick and Darren were both fantastic. We called Premium Signs at 11am, needing a curtain for an unveiling that evening, and it was on it's way to us by 1pm. The quick turn around and helpful service were excellent.

To start with I only used Premium Signs for personal items only, such as invites and the odd banner for our children's birthday parties. Nick and Darren were always friendly and helped with design and layout so that things looked a bit classier than I'd originally "designed". Our orders were always ready ahead of their original timeframes and always looked fantastic.It wasn't until I was let down by a 3rd party at work and needed some corporate items at VERY short notice that I discovered the true skill and knowledge the guys possess. Not only did they work late to supply our banners to meet my deadline, they also looked so much better than we were getting from our original provider. They tweaked layouts and fonts so that the whole appearance "popped" and made our old designs look tired and flat.We now use Premium Signs for all our personal and professional orders; from business cards to kids party invites. I just cannot recommend them enough. They go the extra mile for their customers and really know their business.

I’d like to start with how happy I am that we found these guys in the first place to work with on our start up business venture! They are absolutely the best! Myself, dad and sister have been in the stressful process of opening up a bakery/ coffee shop - whilst desperately searching for sign fitters who deliver high quality and reasonable price - this started off as a tough job. Until we came across premium signs! The boys - Darren and Nick went over and above from the day we walked into their shop to enquire about a shop front for our bakery! Not only did they quote us well, they helped us with design tweaks, accomadated our opening launch day and made sure they had all the work done and looking fab before we opened! They are so friendly so professional a real pleasure! Like I said before we couldn’t be happier and are so so glad we found them! Premium Signs goes beyond the call of duty to deliver all print work that you want.!!! My experience from beginning to end was excellent!!! Nick Hodson, the Creative Director, advised me about the design of a brochure and banner I was developing for our school fair, assisted me with questions I had throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the final product before it was printed. Nick has sign written my van in the past and done some others banners for my company and my partners barbers and hairdressers shop salon in the past and has done a amazing job on both I have just bought the new van and have had the whole van completely re-sign written from the front of the cab to the back body panels The pride and care that he takes on sitting down with you and going over everything with you on the computer to get everything just right so that the finished product looks amazing and is so satisfying I would highly recommend anybody thinking of having their van or having any signs made for their own business by Nick and Premier signs a first class service from start to finish. 2 days before my brothers funeral, I turned up here for them to print the order of surfaces after having a lengthy conversation with them on the phone I was greeted by 1 young person sitting behind a desk with a blank face on when I explained what I'd arrived for. The young guy went to get an older person who said they didn't have that conversation with me although they was able to print my order of services it would be in two weeks time explained again I need them for 2 days time they said there was nothing they could do.I left the shop ceiling last and already grieving feeling so disappointed for letting my brother down. I decided to call the shop to say how unhappy I was with the service when the person answering the phone explain to me I haven't been to the shop and maybe I'd actually gone to the wrong shop they were across the road. Sure enough when I found the right shop they were directly across the road and the job was done and I was happy. Why I gave this shop 1 star is because they could have said maybe it's the shop across the road why they couldn't say that I have no idea.

I am not usually one to write reviews but felt compelled to do so after a very sleek service from start to finish.I initially contacted Premium Signs & Print for some advice on re branding my company. I contacted them by phone and I initially spoke with Andrew who was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the re branding process. We arranged to meet at the studio. The shop was lovely and very nicely designed and I instantly felt I was in safe hands.Whilst there I met Nick the business owner who invited me to take a seat and go through my requirements.I spent an hour with Nick going through ideas and guideline prices where he showed me examples of what his company could do to update and improve the company image.It took approximately 2 weeks for my logo, business cards, letterheads, van signage, banners and website to be updated in the most professional service I have received in some time.I was updated throughout the entire process and it felt effortless from my point of view.We are now in talks for Premium to re-design our website and social media branding which is also going smoothly.They are also proofing my new polo shirts and high viz vests.My sister has also had some wedding stationery completed by them and we are both impressed with the service and price.Thank you Nick and Andrew for helping through what I thought was going to cost the earth and be painfully slow but by you exceeded my expectations on everything.
