Excellent service, very impressive. Telephoned regarding my vehicle, Assingtons told me the price and when they would collect. Received a call twenty minutes prior to pick-up from the driver on said day. Couldn't be more simple.All employees really helpful, including the driver. Money transferred to account the same day. Pleasure to deal with. Recommended.

Very impressed with Assington Autos. Had to scrap my Ford Focus and they actually offered what I thought was a reasonable amount of money for the car via their online quote system.Phoned the office to arrange pickup and this was sorted out quickly and efficiently.Vehicle was also collected at the planned date/time which was also preceded by a phone call 30 minutes prior to collection.Highly recommendedPaul

From the phone call I received to sort out collection of my car to the money in the Bank it was excellent service. The Driver who collected my car was very friendly and helpful. I got the full money I had been quoted and it was in my account the next day. Most impressed and would be happy to recommend them.

I arranged to have my car scrapped on Saturday. Booked it in for Wednesday at a garage that I couldn’t get to but my car was stuck at. Car was collected Wednesday without issue and payment was made immediately and then info was given on what to do to sort out tax etc. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with the service I received. Tara in the office was helpful on phone & Charlotte's email was clear on information that DVLA would require. I even didn't have to stay in & left my car key in an arranged place so car could be picked up while I was at work. I feel that they gave me a good price for my car & paid the price quoted in the text that was sent. Money was paid direct to my bank account. My experience has been a good one and I would use this company again & recommend.

Fantastic service from the first phone call arranging scrapping my vehicle to the pick up.Great , fair price offered for the vehicle, collection was made 2 days after phone call and money was in my bank only hours after the collection. Pickup was done very professionally by a very friendly guy and his assistant. Would highly recommend to anyone and will defiantly use again in the future.

Contacted Assington Autos regarding the purchase of my car for scrap. Call dealt with professionally and efficiently. Gave me a price for the car and a time for collection. Driver turned up as promised. Very pleasant and helpful guy who arrived with the cheque already written and signed for the full amount as agreed on the phone. A real pleasure doing business with this company.

After experiencing an issue attempting to scrap a car I was someone displeased with this company and left a poor review.However, I feel it is only right to update this review and explain that the company director took time to call me to apologise, and explain what had gone wrong, and the steps he had taken to fix things going forward.Sometimes we don't always get things right first time, but its the sign of a good company when the director personally calls you back to apologise, and make the situation right. I would happily do business with these guys in the future!

Phoned to get my car collected, they collected the same day payment was made quickly. I had never scrapped a car before and they explained everything to me and made me feel at ease! So refreshing to deal with a company which does exactly what they say.. so efficient, friendly and helpful staff, kept me updated through the whole process.. which took less than 24 hours start to finish.. and they offered the best price out of all On-line companies I researched.. if I need to scrap a vehicle again I would go to them without hesitation. Give them a try.
