Demand for Religious Exemption from Covid-19 Vaccination

To whom it may concern,

Based on my understanding of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, and other federal and state laws, I choose to exercise my right to demand a religious exemption to the requirement that I be vaccinated using the Covid-19 shots. This demand for an exemption is based on my deeply held religious beliefs pursuant to my reliance on teachings in the Holy Bible.

The Bible says, “Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin” (James 4:17 KJV). My personal convictions are inspired by my study and understanding of the Bible, and personally directed by the true and living God. I am personally convicted that I should not receive any of the three Covid-19 shots.

It is not my responsibility to force my personal religious convictions regarding this matter on other persons as I believe whether to receive a Covid-19 shot is a personal decision to each person (Romans 14). Where scripture does not expressly instruct on a particular matter, I believe that I am required to search the Scripture myself for related truths (Romans 15:4) and to seek personal guidance from the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38-39; Romans 8). If I fail to submit to the personal convictions that the Holy Spirit and Scripture has impressed upon me, I will be sinning against God. I have personally searched the Scripture and sought guidance from the Holy Spirit to come to my decision.

The Bible states that the body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit. We are commanded to take good care of it, not to defile it, and certainly not introduce something into it that could potentially harm it (1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, 2 Corinthians 5:10, and 2 Corinthians 7:1).

The Bible also outlines the fact that God created the body both “fearfully and wonderfully.” (Psalm 139:13-16). The Covid-19 shots work as gene therapy. By manipulating genetic operations, the Covid-19 shots alter what God made (literally assuming the position of God), which I believe to be a sinful practice under these circumstances. These vaccines (by the very disclosure of the vaccine manufacturers) contain carcinogens, neurotoxins, animal viruses, animal blood, allergens, and heavy metals. As the Covid-19 shots have not been subject to longitudinal research, I do not believe it would be right for me to introduce these substances into my body because they have not sufficiently been proven to me to be safe and effective. Rather, I believe they may be harmful to my body.

The Bible tells us “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply. . . .” (Genesis 1:28). In direct conflict to this order from God, taking the vaccine has been shown to cause serious and lasting damage to the reproductive ability of both women and men. Respected virologists, such as biochemist and molecular biologist Janci Chunn Lindsay, PhD, and virologist William Gallaher, PhD, have discussed the plausibility of the concept that, “Covid vaccines will cross-react with the syncytin and reproductive proteins in sperm, ova, and placenta, leading to impaired fertility and impaired reproductive and gestational outcomes.”

It is worthwhile to provide some context to these assertions by noting that COVID-19, being untreated, has a survivability rate of 99.98% under 50 years of age. Over 50, the survival rate is 99.5%. These are numbers provided by the CDC. This continues to lend credibility to the fact that it would be sinful to seek to undertake a superfluous procedure when the risk of death is substantially low. Therefore, based on guidance from the Holy Spirit and the Holy Bible, I cannot conscientiously take the Covid-19 shots under these circumstances.

Perhaps the most notably significant reason why the acceptance of these vaccines would be considered sinful centers around the fact that fetal stem cell lines from aborted babies were used in either the initial development and/or testing of the Covid-19 shots.1 By receiving the Covid-19 shots presently available, I believe it would constitute a complicit action in the act of abortion. I believe that abortion is murder and is strictly prohibited in the Bible (Exodus 20:13; Psalm 139:13-16; Jeremiah 1:5; Isaiah 49:15). Psalm 127:3 says that “Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him.” The fact that aborted stem cells were involved in the origination of the three Covid-19 shots make the consumption of this vaccine an unthinkable act to me.

Therefore, I choose to exercise my right to a religious exemption from the Covid-19 shots. My religious beliefs are sincere. Legally, I cannot be required to prove that a church or religious leader agrees with my sincere religious beliefs, or my interpretation of Scripture, or my instruction from the Holy Spirit. My beliefs are my own, and they are sincerely and deeply held.

Evaluating the number of unvaccinated people needed to exclude to prevent SARS-CoV-2 transmissions

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Vaccine mandates and vaccine passports (VMVP) for SARS-CoV-2 are thought to be a path out of the pandemic by increasing vaccination through coercion and excluding unvaccinated people from different settings because they are viewed as being at significant risk of transmitting SARS-CoV-2.

While variants and waning efficacy are relevant, SARS-CoV-2 vaccines reduce the risk of infection, transmission, and severe illness/hospitalization in adults. Thus, higher vaccination levels are beneficial by reducing healthcare system pressures and societal fear.

However, the benefits of excluding unvaccinated people are unknown.

METHODS: A method to evaluate the benefits of excluding unvaccinated people to reduce transmissions is described, called the number needed to exclude (NNE). The NNE is analogous to the number needed to treat (NNT=1/ARR), except the absolute risk reduction (ARR) is the baseline transmission risk in the population for a setting (e.g., healthcare). The rationale for the NNE is that exclusion removes all unvaccinated people from a setting, such that the ARR is the baseline transmission risk for that type of setting, which depends on the secondary attack rate (SAR) typically observed in that type of setting and the baseline infection risk in the population. The NNE is the number of unvaccinated people who need to be excluded from a setting to prevent one transmission event from unvaccinated people in that type of setting. The NNE accounts for the transmissibility of the currently dominant Delta (B.1.617.2) variant to estimate the minimum NNE in six types of settings: households, social gatherings, casual close contacts, work/study places, healthcare, and travel/transportation. The NNE can account for future potentially dominant variants (e.g., Omicron, B.1.1.529). To assist societies and policymakers in their decision-making about VMVP, the NNEs were calculated using the current (mid-to-end November 2021) baseline infection risk in many countries.

FINDINGS: The NNEs suggest that at least 1,000 unvaccinated people likely need to be excluded to prevent one SARS-CoV-2 transmission event in most types of settings for many jurisdictions, notably Australia, California, Canada, China, France, Israel, and others. The NNEs of almost every jurisdiction examined are well within the range of the NNTs of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) in primary prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD) (≥ 250 to 333). This is important since ASA is not recommended for primary prevention of CVD because the harms outweigh the benefits. Similarly, the harms of exclusion may outweigh the benefits. These findings depend on the accuracy of the model assumptions and the baseline infection risk estimates.

CONCLUSIONS: Vaccines are beneficial, but the high NNEs suggest that excluding unvaccinated people has negligible benefits for reducing transmissions in many jurisdictions across the globe. This is because unvaccinated people are likely not at significant risk — in absolute terms — of transmitting SARS-CoV-2 to others in most types of settings since current baseline transmission risks are negligible. Consideration of the harms of exclusion is urgently needed, including staffing shortages from losing unvaccinated healthcare workers, unemployment/unemployability, financial hardship for unvaccinated people, and the creation of a class of citizens who are not allowed to fully participate in many areas of society.

Under Twitter’s current strikes system, two or three strikes results in a 12-hour account lock, four strikes results in a seven-day account lock, and five or more strikes results in a permanent suspension. This means users that have three tweets removed or five tweets labeled under this updated COVID-19 misleading information policy will have their accounts permanently suspended.

And as part of this policy update, Twitter has added new provisions that can result in accounts being permanently suspended, even if they don’t have strikes.

“We may immediately permanently suspend accounts…if we determine that the account repeatedly violates the COVID-19 misinformation policy over a 30-day time period, or if we have determined that the account has been set up for the expressed purpose of Tweeting false or misleading information about COVID-19,” the updated policy states.

Labeled tweets may also be subject to additional restrictions which include:

- Being removed from certain parts of Twitter (such as the top search results and recommendations)

- An additional prompt that warns users when they attempt to share or like the tweet

- Having the like, reply, and retweet functionality disabled

The additions to this COVID-19 misleading information policy page follow the company appointing a new CEO, Parag Agrawal, less than two weeks ago. Agrawal has faced scrutiny for previous statements where he rejected free speech in favor of favor of “healthy public conversation.”

In the short period Agrawal has served as CEO, Twitter has censored several high profile accounts, prohibited the sharing of photos and videos of people without their permission, and censored a link to the American Heart Association. Details of a secret Twitter program that fast-tracks elite users’ takedown demands were also made public in the last few days.

They wrote: “I woke up this morning and the @TrackerTrial account on Twitter was suspended. All the other accounts that I have made in the past were also suspended. This was the only note that I received.”

They shared a screenshot from Twitter saying they had violated the platform’s rules against manipulation and spam.

The suspension letter read: “You may not use Twitter’s services in a manner intended to artificially amplify or suppress information or engage in behavior that manipulates or disrupts people’s experience on Twitter.

Note that if you attempt to evade a permanent suspension by creating new accounts, we will suspend your new accounts. If you wish to appeal this suspension, please contact our support team.”

The Free Press Report wrote that all their engagement was organic and not the result of outside amplification.

They wrote: “The people wanted to hear the truth about the Ghislaine Maxwell, and Jeffrey Epstein trial and the engagement numbers showed that. There were hundreds of millions in impressions and an account that went from zero to over 525,000 followers in a couple of weeks. All we did was report information from the trial that the mainstream media was failing to do.”

They said they appealed to Twitter and planned to continue “to report on the trial and all forms of big government and corporate corruption.”

Journalist Ford Fischer commented on the suspension on Twitter, writing: “This is core to the problem of big tech censorship. If this account had indeed done something wrong (posted falsehoods or violated someone’s privacy) they should have been alerted and gotten chance to challenge that. Their notification offers no specific explanation.”
