George Knapp Interviews Scientists on Topic of UFOs

In January 2000, TV journalist George Knapp sat down with four of the leading scientists in the country who study aerial phenomenology for a wide-ranging discussion that included scientific evidence for, and future directions of research in, the UFO topic. Knapp interviewed Harold Puthoff, Ph.D., who is director of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin, Texas, and a leading theoretical physicist in zero point energy; Albert Harrison, Ph.D., Professor of Psychology at U.C. Davis and a specialist on the human consequences of space flight; Edgar Mitchell, Ph.D., astronaut and founder of the Institute for Noetic Sciences; and John Schuessler, MS, Aerospace Consultant who has investigated anomalous phenomena for over 30 years. All four scientists are members of the NIDS Science Advisory Board and full biographies for each individual can be accessed on this website under "Personnel."
