Facts
- The Lotte Group says the complex will cost more than US$1,250,000,000.
- According to South Korean Air Force the proposal of 555m maximum height is too close to the Seoul Airport in Songnam (a military air base) to be approved. Lotte group have expressed their confidence that this project will eventually be approved by the Air Force on numerous occasions.
- A local newspaper reported that RTKL Associates in Baltimore is going to design the basic plan.
