Mailing Lists

All lists are open to the general public and everyone is welcome to join.

Freeciv has 6 mailing lists:

freeciv-dev AT freeciv.org

Freeciv development.

freeciv-i18n AT freeciv.org

Freeciv translation.
All discussions related to translating the Freeciv code, documentation, and website, into other languages than English.

Many translators do not follow freeciv-dev.

freeciv-announce AT freeciv.org

Announcements of general interest. messages.
NOTE: this is a Read Only list, with infrequent messages; you can't send mail to it.
All announcements sent to this list are also sent to freeciv.

To subscribe these lists send an email to listname-request@freeciv.org with the single word, SUBSCRIBE in the body of the email.

For example, to subscribe to the Freeciv internationalization mailing list, send email to freeciv-i18n-request@freeciv.org with the word SUBSCRIBE in the body of the email.

To unsubscribe these lists send an email to listname-request@freeciv.org with the single word, UNSUBSCRIBE in the body of the email.

For example, to unsubscribe from the Freeciv development mailing list, send email to freeciv-dev-request@freeciv.org with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the body of the email.

Do NOT send requests for subscription or unsubscription directly to the list. Contact the list admin if you have problems: I can be reached at per at freeciv dot org.
