Here you can order a Premium Account for yourself or another player, e.g. as a present. A Premium Account provides additional abilities and advantages inside and outside the game for a certain period of time. For details about these benefits please read the list of current premium features.
Once the payment has arrived the Premium Account will be activated after the next login to the game. However, if you have ordered a Premium Account for somebody else, this player has to accept the payment before the Premium Account can be activated. When the Premium Account expires, all benefits will be disabled. Of course, the subscription can be extended at any time and the premium benefits will be available again.
Prices
Premium Accounts are active for a certain period of time. We offer three different durations:

Payment Methods
All payments are processed by CipSoft's partner element 5, a payment service of Digital River. Element 5 has experience with online payments since 1996. Your payment information, e.g. address or credit card number, will be transmitted securely and is treated confidentially. Element 5 offers the following methods to pay:

 | Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club)
This is the fastest and easiest way to make your payment. Within the next day after submitting your credit card information the payment will be processed and the Premium Account will be assigned. |
| PayPal
Payments via PayPal can only be accepted in USD, EUR, CAD, GBP and JPY. Once you have submitted your payment information at element 5, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal. On the PayPal website you can login to your PayPal account as usual. If you have no PayPal account yet, you can create one after you have been redirected to PayPal's website.
After completing your payment, you will be returned to element 5's final order page. Just like credit card payments, orders via PayPal should be processed in the next 24 hours. Please note that the transaction will be handled by PayPal and that PayPal will therefore appear on your account or credit card statement.

| Wire/Bank Transfer
Once you have submitted your payment information at element 5 their bank information will be shown to you. You will receive this information also by email. As soon as your money arrives at element 5 you will be notified about it by email. Depending on your bank this process may take several days. Pay attention that additional fees could be charged by your bank that you also have to pay. Please keep this in mind when filling out the form at your bank because incomplete payments cannot be processed. Please ensure that you state the order reference number as reason for transfer or your money cannot be assigned to your order. |
| Check (sent via postal mail)
Element 5 accepts money orders and all personal, business, and cashier's checks. After submitting your payment information you will get all necessary information to write out a check to element 5. Please make sure not to write out the check to CipSoft and that it should be in US-Dollars or Euros. You will receive this information also by email. As soon as the check arrives at element 5 you will be notified about it by email. Please ensure that you mention the order reference number on the check or your money cannot be assigned to your order. Depending on your location it may take up to three weeks until your check arrives at our payment service provider. |
| Cash (sent via postal mail)
You can also make your payment by sending cash to element 5. You can send cash in any currency. Just select your currency and the web interface will tell you how much money you have to send. Once you have submitted your payment information you will get the postal address of element 5. You will receive this information also by email. Please note that it is at your sole risk to send cash via postal mail. Also, please ensure that you mention the order reference number in the postal mail or your money cannot be assigned to your order. Depending on your location it may take up to three weeks until your letter arrives at our payment service provider. |

Limitations
If you are not of full legal age, you must have the permission of your parents or legal guardians to order a Premium Account. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, but not after the Premium Account has been activated. Also, please understand that we will not refund or transfer payments that have been assigned to the wrong account due to incorrect specifications made by you. Therefore make sure that you enter the needed data correctly!
