Rewards Customer Charter
Your
Everyday Rewards Card makes it easier for you to earn, store and redeem
your fuel saving vouchers (“e-vouchers”), as well as bringing you a
range of other benefits.
If
you only want to use your card as a convenient way to store and redeem
your e-vouchers then you do not
need to register. However,
if you would like to receive the other benefits Everyday Rewards has to
offer, you must register your card.

confirms our commitment to protecting the personal information you
entrust to us.
Why
we need your details
We
collect your personal details so that we can improve the service we
offer you and reward you for shopping with us, including:
(a) allowing you the convenience of checking your e-voucher tally or linking other
cards to your card so your family can share in the e-vouchers;
(b) entering your name in our great prize draws, and
(c) providing you with special offers relevant to you.
Unsubscribe
You can cancel your card or unsubscribe from receiving our special offers
at any time by contacting the Everyday Rewards team on 1300 10 1234.
However, cancelling your card where it is the primary card and,
other cards are linked to it, will also cancel those linked cards and
unsubscribing means that you could be missing out on some of the
major benefits of Everyday Rewards.
What information we collect and store
We collect and store the information you provide to us on registration,
when you respond to surveys, or make suggestions by email or through our
blog and shopping information, including your fuel savings vouchers.We will also electronically scan
future offers against your recent purchases to ensure that you only
receive offers that are relevant to you.
How
we use your information
Within
the Woolworths Group we use your personal details to provide you with
the best service we can, including sending you offers and information on
products relevant to you.
We do not give your personal information to any organisation outside the
Woolworths Group for their marketing purposes. We will share some of
your personal details with other organisations that help us administer
the Everyday Rewards Program, for example our printing and mail house.
These organisations are required to protect your information and privacy
in the same way Woolworths does - and we check that they do.

strict rules with sophisticated system safeguards. We ensure that all
staff with access to your information are trained in these privacy and
security requirements and we have internal processes that monitor our
compliance with this charter and the Privacy Act 1988.
