TERMS OF USE

Receiving ZENIT by e-mail or by RSS, as well as navigating on our Web site, and using our search engine and our indexed archive is free for those who intend to make personal, not professional, use of ZENIT materials. To receive ZENIT, just register by filling out the corresponding formats.

Given that personal use of ZENIT is free, those who would like to financially support the agency can do so by responding to the invitation extended during our annual fund-raising campaign.

However, we do charge a fee for those who make professional use of ZENIT (information services or organizations) and wish to reprint our news articles.

Still, given that our priority is spreading information, we are willing to negotiate fees and adapt to each situation.

Media sources that use ZENIT are quite varied. Large and small television and radio channels, newspapers and magazines, Web pages, diocesan and parish bulletins and newsletters. The same is true of organizations that use ZENIT.

We try to make it possible for every media source or organization to receive and use our articles, even in situations where the full fee cannot be paid.

At the same time, we count on the honesty of those who make professional use of our services to pay the agreed-on fees.

Since we are a non-profit agency, we wish we could charge no fees at all. However, in order to cover costs, we find ourselves obligated to charge fees. In fact, without reader donations and the payments received from those who use ZENIT professionally, we would not be able to continue operating.

To send a donation, use the link: donations.

To learn about our fees, contact us at: fees and permissions.

Reprinting ZENIT articles always requires the express permission of the publisher, and attribution should be made to "ZENIT.org."

Web sites that reprint ZENIT news should cite ZENIT and include a link to www.zenit.org.
