Daniel Korson

Daniel Korson, an original Rubbo heart-son, is a successful businessman, world-traveler, gourmet vegan chef and artist/photographer and a rising star in the vegan chocolate world.

Chocolatiers Daniel Korson and Matthew Rogers co-founded Coracao Confections,in 2008. Coracao Confections makes sustainably produced, healthy, vitamin and anti-oxidant packed chocolates, and is quickly expanding into more and more health food stores and Farmers Markets.

Daniel started as a Counselor-in-Training for the Rubbo's Five Tigers Martial Arts Summer Day Camp in the spring of 1995. He went on to study art in Italy, fruit and vegetable carving in Thailand, and worked as a chef at Cafe Gratitude in Berkeley and San Francisco.

Daniel brings self-confidence and a sense of humor into his practice.
