GREG HANCOCK is the only rider to have competed in each of the 111 Grand Prix rounds staged between 1995 and 2008. World Champion in 1997, he won the Polish GP in Bydgoszcz last year, his 9th win. Aged 38 at the beginning of the season he is the oldest rider in the field but says he has no intention of stopping as long as he still enjoys racing at the highest level. Just missed out on third place overall in 2008 to Tomasz Gollob when the restaged final round was held in Poland.
