Postal Service Going Broke

Don’t be too surprised if it costs 75 cents to mail a letter this time next year. CNN reports: “The U.S. Postal Service warned Wednesday that it may default on some of its financial obligations later this year after reporting yet another quarterly loss. The USPS, a self-supporting government agency that receives no tax dollars, said it suffered a loss of $329 million in the first quarter of federal fiscal year 2011. That compared with a loss of $297 million a year earlier. The agency has been suffering from an ongoing decline in mail volume, which has undercut revenues, while retiree health care costs have been straining its reserves.”

Now, this is an interesting warning sign. You know all those lovely federal pension benefits that you government workers (including FBI and BATFE and Department of Justice thugs) were promised when you signed on? They may not be there when your time comes to draw that pension. Come to think of it, the pension might not be there either. (more…)

I first encountered Jaenelle Antas through her association with British historian David Irving, for whom she has organised a number of speaking tours and for whom she currently runs Focal Point’s mail order operations in the United States. As not everyone gets to work closely with the world’s most controversial historian, or to experience the wild fringes of the publishing industry and lecture circuit, I decided to find out more about the person behind the face. We discover an intelligent, thoughtful, and professional person, and we also learn about her new bookshop venture, Lighthouse Literature.

You must be an object of perplexity for the casual, apolitical observer. On the one hand, you are an intelligent young woman, from a middle class background, with a university education; but on the other, you subscribe to a system of beliefs some would consider abhorrent, notorious, and morally depraved. Explain for the apolitical reader how this came to be.

This is a hard question for me to answer because there were a lot of factors that had to fall into place for me to end up where I am now, so I’ll just talk about what I consider to have been the most significant of those because to go into every detail would fill up a pretty good sized book. . . . . .

Chants of ‘Hold your heads high, you’re Egyptian’ roared with each burst of fireworks overhead. ‘I’m 21 years old and this is the first time in my life I feel free,’ an ebullient Abdul-Rahman Ayyash, born eight years after Mubarak came to power, said as he hugged fellow protesters in Tahrir Square. An astonishing day in which hundreds of thousands marched on Mubarak’s palaces in Cairo and Alexandria and besieged state TV was capped by the military effectively carrying out a coup at the pleas of protesters. After Mubarak’s fall, the military, which pledged to shepherd reforms for greater democracy, told the nation it would announce the next steps soon. Those could include the dissolving of parliament and creation of a transitional government. Steele Obtains New Defense Attorney

The Edgar Steele Defense Fund, an Idaho non-profit corporation, announces that private counsel have submitted a request that their client Edgar J. Steele be released from the Spokane County Jail on bond.

The motion, filed February 9th asks that Mr. Steele be allowed to return to his Sagle, ID home to allow him to prepare for his March 7th trial date. He would be electronically monitored by the authorities and would not be allowed to leave Idaho. The $1,000,000.00 bond is secured by four north Idaho residents pledging their properties to assure Mr. Steele’s appearance. (more…)

White Americans Continue to be Ethnically Cleansed from CA Schools

White Americans have continued to be ethnically cleansed from California schools and have dropped once again in numbers to 27 percent of the total, down from an outright majority only 20 years ago.

New figures released by California’s Department of Education show that only 27 percent of students in state schools were classified as white in the 2009–2010 school year.

There were 6.2 million students enrolled in k–12 schools in California, of which only 1,674,000 were “white” according to the figures. Even this is likely to be an overestimate, as the state follows federal classifications and calls Middle Easterners white as well.

The scope of the Hispanic invasion and reproduction rate is best illustrated by their increase over the black population, a racial group famed for their ability to increase in numbers. (more…)
