do any of these clawed frogs have any means to defend and protect themselves from the competition and/or predators ? i think these animals are cool and i am thinking about getting one but i may have a problem. i already have a huge cane/marine toad that is 10 inches from snout to vent. he lives in a great home in my basement, a swimming pool 3 feet high about 8 feet diameter, lots of room for him and a friend. if the clawed frog isn't the same size i think my toad will try to eat him or will kill him. even if i would separate them, i know my toad will try to get to him. he loves to eat and eat, anything. he ate my friend's turtle and another's little alligator. well let me know if you think they could coexist. send me advice and opinions. thank you, john d, pa, usa e-mail me - jbdblanco@hotmail.com
