The University of Newcastle, Singapore

In May 2007, the University started its Singapore operations at PSB Academy's new campus near Tiong Bahru MRT station. The new campus covers an area of 19,000 square metres and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such as a library, computer and science laboratories, comfortable lecture rooms and meeting rooms, as well as quiet study areas

New student facilities for recreation and overall development include a fully equipped gym, which is sponsored by The University of Newcastle, multipurpose hall, basketball and badminton court and a cricket ground. Students have access to Wireless Internet Broadband connection.

The University of Newcastle has been very successful in strengthening its position in Singapore and also it is continuing to offer a wide range of programs in different fields in Singapore in partnership with PSB Academy.

In 2011, our new partnership commences with Singapore Accountancy Academy - Global Education (SAA-GE), the professional training arm of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAS). ICPAS is the national accounting body of Singapore with more than 22,000 members. Our partnership will deliver a part-time MBA commencing in July 2011 that is completely taught by full-time academic staff at SAA-GE's modern premises overlooking the iconic Marina Bay area. Courses will be delivered in intensive weekend mode to suit busy professionals.
