Han Geng’s terminates contract, SJ-M may face possibility of breaking up, Hu Nan TV does not accept replacement group.

Han Geng’s contract termination issue has yet to be settled but the company does not lose any chance in gaining profits, allowing Henry and Zhang Li Yin to be the replacement group for SJ-M’s performances.

Reporter Wu Shi Ran learnt from the performance coordinators that due to Han Geng’s contract termination, the usually united Super Junior-M may face the possibility of breaking up, while Henry and Zhang Li Yin are put together at the last minute to take over SJ-M’s performances. The duo would take over the Dong Guan performance on the 30th, however the commission they would receive does not exceed 50 000 dollars. Hu Nan TV has also mentioned that SJ-M may turn up incomplete at the countdown concert on the 31st.

SJ-M replaced by new group ( Henry and Zhang Li Yin )

SJ-M was scheduled to perform at the Dong Guan Comics Exhibition, however the reporter noticed in the programme plan that night, SJ-M was not included and instead Henry and Zhang Li Yin would be singing <>. Such happenings of SJ-M members turning up solo for performances have never been seen before. According to Guang Dong TV station staff who were in charge of planning the night’s event, they received an emergency call from SM on the 21st, saying that SJ-M are unable to perform due to personal issues and suggested the plan of letting Henry and Zhang Li Yin take their place. Said staff also stated that later on did they know from the SM company in China about Han Geng’s contract termination which resulted in SJ-M being unable to perform that night. The company is also trying to negotiate with Hang Geng, while Henry and Zhang Li Yin would temporarily form a group to take over their performances.

Hu Nan TV does not accept replacement group

SJ-M still has a final performance for the year that is the Hu Nan TV Countdown Concert performance on the 31st and the reporter has learnt from one of Hu Nan TV’s staff that for SJ-M to appear at the concert as a whole group would prove to be a great feat. He said that before Han Geng’s contract termination issue has been settled, SJ-M would be unable to perform together as a whole. And when SM suggested it they could let Henry and Zhang Li Yin replace SJ-M, they did not agree as the audience had wanted to see Han Geng the most. In conclusion, they would not give up till the last minute ( for the whole of SJ-M to perform that night ).

As a result of SM company’s last minute changes, one of the local performance coordinators says that for him to inviting all seven SJ-M members requires 150 000 dollars of performance fees, while inviting Henry and Zhang Li Yin only requires 50 000 dollars.

• Why I love Super Junior? I wasn’t into K-Pop when Super Junior debuted, I started noticing them only after they released Sorry Sorry (in my opinion, THE song that shot them to superstardom and got them where they are right now). When I first started collecting information about Super Junior, I stumbled upon several fanbases, but TwELFs stood out to my attention immediately for several reasons: quality content, good English, pleasing to the eyes & easy to navigate.Like any other new converts, I joined in the fandom bandwagon and participated with gusto especially on Trending Topic projects.
